Step-by-Step

Sifting matcha powder through a fine mesh strainer

1. Sift

Sift 1-2 scoops of matcha into your bowl to remove clumps.

Add 2oz of hot water (not boiling, approx 80°C).

Whisk in a 'W' motion until a frothy layer forms.
